What is your cancellation/payment policy?

I require that all payments be made in full at the time of finalizing the order. This protects my business from no shows.

If a payment plan needs to be worked out for your order, please let me know and we can try to work something out (depending on the custom order).

Cancellations must be made 72 hours before the scheduled pick up time.

***Refunds will be larger if the order was cancelled 72+ hours before the scheduled pickup time. If I had to buy any special items for your order I will have to charge for the cost of those items***


How much notice do I have to give for an order?

I require that all custom orders give me 72 hours notice. I’ve worked as a professional baker for a few years and that has always been a good amount of time to prepare without rushing on the quality.


What makes you different?

I bake vegan and I don’t compromise on taste. I want to make sure that what you order tastes as good or better than a dessert with dairy, egg, or other non-vegan ingredients. I care about how it tastes because I eat it too.


Do I have to be vegan to make an order?

Nope! In fact, everyone can enjoy these treats. It’s just an added perk that they are vegan.
